Our History - Established in August of 1997, EIS is a strategic Technical IT Consulting firm based in Cleveland, Ohio with years of knowledge and ingenuity in the information systems field. Throughout the years we have ensured the needs of our clients are fully understood allowing us to provide and maintain effective and long-term relationships.
